We’re enjoying another amazing year of homes sales as Phase 1D, our third residential neighborhood nestled between the Rock Hill Outdoor Center Greens and Novant Health BMA Supercross Track, quickly takes shape.
Our newest single family homes continue to be built around an active, outdoor lifestyle. Enjoy updates from our award-winning local builders Saussy Burbank, Evans Coghill and Chesmar Homes below.
Chesmar’s Homes is proud to unveil their newest plan, the Edisto. This plan is a beautiful craftsman master down featuring 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, loft and a front load garage. It has 3,200 sf of living area and appeals to both the move down customer and growing family. The openness of the plan with the huge covered deck is great for entertaining and family gatherings while the walk in storage is a popular feature that everyone loves. Not interested in a fourth bedroom? No worries, Chesmar offers a 3 bedroom option that provides you additional walk in storage.
Evans Coghill Homes is excited to announce the purchase of four new home plans from the famed Concept Designer of Walt Disney’s Celebration neighborhood.
The Charleston plan is one of these four plans and will be the new model home opening November 2, 2015. Great for entertaining, the home features 2-tier covered front porches and a covered back porch plus the custom woodwork Evans Coghill is renowned for!
Evans is selling homes in Phase 1D at record speed with most buyers wanting ranch and master down plans. Most of their home sales are pre-sales (where buyers chose the home site and floorplan they’d like to build) and custom builds that allow for structural changes to the floorplans.
The new Edisto plan from Saussy Burbank features 2,333 sf with the master and two other bedrooms down and the much sought-after “bonus” space upstairs. Customers have the option of converting one of the bonus spaces upstairs into an additional bedroom with a full bath creating a suite on the second floor plus 2 open flex spaces. There is a covered porch in the rear which can be screened as well as an attached two-car finished garage. This layout has been very popular as it is essentially a ranch home with additional space upstairs which can be used as needed. Saussy Burbank currently has three Edisto plans under contract — all of which were sold on a “presale” basis.
